The emphasis is to get it approved in the first round. They know there are lots of lightweight retailers that hold a low quanity of shares that just won't vote thinking their vote doesnt matter ...more

It is a 2/3s majority vote.  Personally, although I was originally against it, they got my vote and I think we will see over 90% in favour.  This WILL pass.
