Jakob was appointed as CFO in January 2016 and is a member of Diageo North America's Executive team. Diageo has not named a replacement CFO. That's something to keep an eye on. When Jakob became CFO, there was a newsrelease. Why isn't there one now?

As for today's news. Joel Toguri as Vice President of Sales coming from Southern Glazer's. That remains to be seen.
Joel Toguri as Vice President of Sales effective on June 18, 2018. Mr. Toguri joins the Company from Southern Glazer’s of Canada, where he was Vice President of Sales and Operations since 2013. Although Canopy made a big splash in October 2017 with its investment from Constellation Brands, it's clear that Aphria is gettting "very well" connected to the adult beverage industry players with these big names joining on.
Jakob and Joel both know the future is with Cannabis, and specifically with Aphria.
Enjoy the low $11s, they won't last forever. I had to part again from some shares today to get off margin but I'm continue to accumulate at any dips.
