Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. Interesting tidbit of information when following up on short selling.  It seems traders in the US has illegally "naked short selling" Aphria via APFQF listed on the US OTC

Very interesting. I've seen the OTC being used to attack Canadian companies in the past but this one deserves a bit of attention.

I think we've found our "anonymous" busy seller, they are in the US?

Regulators in Canada really need to abolish anonymous trading and abolish the prehistoric 3 day settlement days which was in place when stock exchanges uses paper instead of electronic transactions.  Electronic transactions take milliseconds to complete.  Not three days.

Contact the securities administrators of Canada to inquire why anonymous trading is allowed and why we still have 3 days settlement days.  Both of these contribute to fraud against investors.
