Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

ACB & ICC - WEED the new diluted pig

ACB & ICC - WEED the new diluted pig ACB talking with ICC (thanks gt). See link and use google translate. Article is dated Aug 16th. Check both of their closing prices from that date on. Then check out how well ICC is doing right now...

https://www.subrayado.com.uy/firma-canadiense-pretende-adquirir-icc-empresa-licencia-cultivar-cannabis-n511661

If the warrants are exercised in the WEED deal they would be at approx 465 million shares (TMX money and news release). If they do a forward 3 for 1 stock  split they would hit approx 1.4 billion shares. They would also owe 9.5 Billion Canadian. They have less funded capacity then Aurora and no TGOD etc...

ACB long and prosper.
