Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Isn't Aphria International (i.e. Nuuvera) already EU GMP'ed ?

https://business.financialpost.com/cannabis/cannabis-company-nuuvera-rebranded-as-aphria-international-following-takeover

Prior to the acquisition, Nuuvera had, among other strategic moves, acquired an Italian import license and a GMP-certified facility in Malta. It’s also one of a handful of companies competing for a German cultivation license.

“Malta is very key…. It’s only 400,000 people, but it’s part of the EU, and as long as you get your product processed and credentialed through an EU GMP facility, it can cross every country border,” said Neufeld. “Whether product input material is grown in Canada, Spain, Portugal or Lesotho, all of this can be moved through Malta.”
