Kingbear, you have many valuable insighful posts. However, some of the above is true. All that I am asking is that you ease up a bit. We are ALL experiencing this downturn and nobody is happy. If Greeny is correct and you "KNOW IT WILL go back up", then sit back and wait for it to happen.
