Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Vic will be on Midas Letter next week

Vic will be on Midas Letter next weekhttps://twitter.com/Scottrades/status/1070064343557894144?fbclid=IwAR38od8CCYnDNNJksJQesVJJso0R8HX00IjMr-xEj1lI_JZlg8ksK4613-0

Isn't it odd that a day after Cronos got trashed by Citron in the same way, their CEO was on BNN the next day. Yet allegations come out against Aphria Vic is no where to be seen/heard from, two mediocre late responses and now a video interview from a C rate media publication a week after the company loses +1billion in market cap/ 60% of is value.

The last few interviews with Vic, James West was visibily drunk, he even "leaked" some backdoor $55m raise into GreenGrowthBrands by Aphria

When I asked IR about Aphria's involvement in it, they denied it. "Aphria has not contributed any money or investment into Green Growth Brands. If there are any material investments, agreements, partnerships etc. Aphria will publicly release it via press release as soon as possible."
So either James pumped GGB (even mentioning he bought shares the morning of) by using Aphria's name, or Aphria is doing another shady deal.

This whole situation is a PR mess. The irony is that Aphria hired a new head of investor relations just in September..
