I would think a halt at the companies request pre NSE open to negate further damage on speculation..the silence will crush the s/p. As management has stated a full on rebuttal is in the works so why wait and watch more carnage unfold. Halt - then mid day press / news release, maybe the halt stays on for the full trading session while the market digests both sides of the argument. This shorter must have some ammo he feels strongly about and must also have considered the ramifications and fall out from his charges. So no doubt the boys at the helm are picking their words very carefully ahead of any announcements to refute the claims. Could go either way but I`m betting on a nice snap back to the mid teens for a stocking stuffer. 

Mid teens is awfully optimistic. I for one will be very happy with a $7 Christmas ............Takes me back to even.  The rest can come next year................good night.
