Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Have you not seen over 50 million shares traded here on consecutive days? GGB has a hostile takeover bid for APHA at $11 per share expiring in May. CRON has some interesting global inroads but they are restrained by the ability of Altria to take control of the company at any time.  Here at ACB , there are at this point no potential suitors by choice . They choose to not entertain a dance partner because that is a detriment to the vision they have. Instead with a massive supply of over 700,000 kgs coming online many constant supply agreements as opposed to a partner makes much more business sense .

Many question that vision. Remember the tortoise and the hare . The fastest doesn`t always win the race.

With the footprint of this company recognized in 5 different continents covering everything from owning distribution chains both domestic and foreign , medical interests, recreational interests , niche markets (craft breweries = craft growers with unique strains recognized) the market at this point is flat out blind as to their vision. A finger in every pie. This is not Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Nor is it Nortel. Up front and forthcoming in all business dealings leaving no question as to ethics.  Investors should duly note when all cogs spin in the right direction there will be many that wished they had partook an interest at a much earlier time.
