Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. Moving to net short position in APHA

Moving to net short position in APHAWhile this stock/company has done better than most in this sector, there are some issues including excessive insider enrichment. They seem to give themselves huge number of shares and sell them as soon as they get chance. There have been no insider purchases. The balance sheet does have a couple of issues so it is not as great as we like to think. Management hasn't quite earned market confidence  (pulling the guidance, for instance, was bad idea). I could go on but to each his/her own. I am more of a seller from now on.
