Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Something doesn't make sense here ! what are we missing ?Humanist, sometimes it's APHA and at other times it's the whole sector. It was APHA last Friday with its reduction of long term debt through dillution. Today is the whole sector that's down. I've learned over the last couple of years to always check the SP of WEED/ACB/HEXO/etc to see what's going on. Currently, WEED is at -7.7%, ACB is -11.5%, APHA is -7.6%. So ya, APHA has not decoupled from the rest of the mess yet and I'm afraid that it's going to be a while before that happens.

When in doubt just go back to the last quarterly results and that will provide the necessary comfort that APHA is heading in good direction.

ps. Also, check out the buyer/seller symbols/numbers. You'll see 79 (CIBC) and 1 (Anon) being a vast majority of the transactions on days like this. It's been like that for the past two years.
