Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:The truth stings but reality is

RE:The truth stings but reality isI have to say that I did not want to mention this myself, but, I have to say that after being in touch with locals in Leamington, the following are key points. Yes Phase IV may not have any growing going on within it. The laid off employees have also stated that there is a rather large abundance of product and there is no room to store it. The ECoE is on hold and in fact equipment is being relocated. There was also the question of problems with the automation process. Either the system is not functioning as expected or there is a consideration of growing pains. Yes there are lay offs. Quite a few have been let go in fact. There was also the mention of certain partners wanting out of the arrangement made with Aphria WRT Aphria Diamond. I do know of people who have been let go from Aphria and they may not be happy about it, and are disgruntled. That may be so. But, the oversupply issue is still looming, and cut backs are being made in growth capacity.

That being said the current share price is the result of the market's own take on Aphria. Who is responsible for the current market share? There is only one person responsible and that is the CEO Irwin Simon who by the way was selected by Vic initially. Irwin has not produced anything of signifigance. The Israel supply deal did not even move the Share price. The news of Ontario  accellerating the process for retail location licensing, did not do anything either.

The share price of Aphria after the Dec 2018 debacle shot up to 10 USD within a few months. Under Irwin's leadership the share price has fallen since he has been at the reigns. Irwin has had plenty of time to turn things around, especially since sales are roughly 180 to 200 million for the  last 4 to 5 months, nationally.

I will not be voting for Irwin, he is the old guards puppet, who has brought dilution and no deals He is not worth 10 million a year. How is it that Aphria is not cash flow positive by now, and the US MSO's are? Irwin is not being transparent or honest. The share price refects that. Only person responsible for this is Irwin.
