Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:A rainy Saturday

RE:A rainy SaturdayI don't know Vin, maybe we should get Peter Thiel to do another IAMA on Reddit. It's been a while since his last.

A question for a rainy Saturday on the wet coast. If I am a potential new investor in this newly merged company, why would I invest now? What catalysts are there in the near future that are going to make me want to invest my money in this company? Why would I not just wait it out to see if the merger is fruitful? Neither company is expecting to have a stellar QR (especially NOT Tilray). It looks as if Aphria shareholders are split on the potential effectiveness of the merger. Without anything positive on the horizon of 2021, why would I invest now?........ (Playing the devil's advocate again).
