If things don't open up beyond Canadian borders, I see increasing revenues that are constrained by the size of the Canadian market, but lots of debt. If all the stars don't line up as management has planned it will be some time before we see the benefits to this proposed merger. In the long run I believe this new company will do extremely well.
I have been married to this stock for some time. There are so many new contributing factors to consider that it has become very complex undertaking to predict things with any degree of certainty. I am not sure I have the time to let this one play out. If there is a spike in the sp before earnings, I will propably sell most of my position.
