Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Food for Thought Aphria-Tilray-New and improved TilrayWhat was your old account user name? I bought my first slab of Aphria shares in the 70 cent territory. So if you really are OG I will remember your old ID.

No reason to call everyone a kid or clown and all that having a temper tantrum just because they don't have the same viewpoint. If you don't like the deal then why bother. Right. The reality is Tilray has made better in roads with the Eurpean market. Their Fins show that.

I can respect Ventura as they are being upfront and honest. Not something so regular on these boards.

Since he wants to take a shot at me.  Just Lol at his post.  He been trading MJ since mid March.  Lol.  I been trading MJ since the beginning.  Since tweed, acb, Apha, Ogi were still babies penny stock and I mean real penny stocks.  All trading on the venture.  I got out of the sector when it crashed because the rise was not based on actual fundamentals.  I have posted here in the past but I lost my password for my old account because I stopped following the sector.   I only recently start posting because APHA finally got their act together.  ACB HEXO are pretty much finished with all their reverse split trying to fool new investors with their new prices.  The field got smaller and APHA was doing really well with their earnings while their peers were getting hit hard.  I started posting here again in OCT when I bought in just under $6 and even recommended people to buy.  I said it would go over $10 it did.  It went over $11.  Then Tilray deal happened.  It stinks and it stinks bad.  I got out obviously.  I have not said one bad thing about Aphria.  It's one of my favourite company to trade.  Everything I have posted is about Tilray.  Tilray is a failing company.  There is no positive, absolutely no justification for this deal.  Only reason it is happening is back room deals and incentives.  Do you even know Irwin is  a part time CEO in Aphria.  Once Tilray deal is complete he will be a CEO of 3 company collecting 3 huge salary.  Ofcourse you don't.  Please leave the DD to the people that knows.  I see you posting quite a lot but they are absolutely nonsense.  Have a nice day kid.

Budfox2020, with all due respect, I see you are a new member to Stockhouse as well, like myself. However, I only have been trading MJ stocks since early mid March (the crash), joined Stockhouse in September. What took you so long to share all this wisdom?

I do agree on one point, Do your own due diligence!

On the rest, you are way off the mark. IS does not need AB, nor does the New Tilray. They just bought a brewery (SweetWater), which they own 100%, why on earth would they care about AB.

If you know IS, nobody is going to puppet him…I mean no one (Trump on steroids). If AB wants to throw in a few billion when this skyrockets, then I’m sure he will entertain the idea, but like you say…they have NO interest in Tilray, but a small venture and nobody received money.

I’m with IS, natural and pure…no additives for shelf life, just the hops. Won’t put a beer to my mouth, unless its craft.
Was a good read though, but not reality right now in 20/21.

Craft beer time!

Cheers,
Ventura
