And yet up 8% today. Maybe Aphria should start firing people to get shareholders some value?

actually, APHA has a 200 SMA at USD 4.28. It bounced off several times today and crossed it towards the end of the trading day. It didn't move as much as other tickers, but it's the only 1 (out of the 5 big LPs) which is trading above 200 SMA.
