Does there anyone know how to find Irwin Simon? Or we should write what he has done to Aphria and post as possilbe as we could?

Simon will make his appearance on February 2 in a small town in Pennsylvania. If the sun is shining on that day, don't expect to see him until the middle of March. ................ A little known fact: Irwin is not his real name. He change it a while ago. His given name was Phil.
