is there a reason why dividends have never been pa

I have invested in this company from time to time. Correct me if I'm wrong but is there a smoke screen being applied here re the purchase buy back plan. For years the company has been buying back shares but if you look back a few years back we are still sitting at the same number of shares outstanding.I scratch my head to figure this out.The only answer I see is instead of sharing some wealth to all shareholders in paying dividends management is painting a false picture in trying to create value for all.The reason why you never see the outstanding shares drop is the fact that management keeps handing themselves options at bargain prices.I guess the rich greedy management can do this and feel good about themselves.I say shame shame.I will push for dividends in the near future.
