The 'pilot plant' is the first stage of the Canadian operations, known as the Technolgy Centre.

This location will be used to give customers and partners tours and to refine/experiment with the process. The full commerical plant in Canada will be attacehd to this as a second stage of development scale up. They are not two separate facilites, they are a two stage constructed facility.

One thing no one is mantioning is that Vietnam is almost EXACTLY half way around the world from Quebec. Literally 12 hours apart. It will be the service location for eastern operations, and Quebec will be the Tech Centre for investors, clients and potential partners to visit in a North Anmerican setting, as well as the centre for north american production. Vietnam will not have this sort of 'presentaion' capacity but will be a proof of concept plant, and I anticipate it will have a little less 'polish' than the Quebec plant, and be in full operation much sooner, aligned to be complete with the construction of the Tech Centre as a support centre. Subsequently the rest of the Quebec facility will be financed and constructed.
