Company has a shelf filed. They will reverse split, sell those registered shares to generate capital. Management will remain on salary. Longs will be diluted - new longs will be lead to the slaughter. Shorts will hit the reverse split price and down it will go. Toxic financing. Avoid ARLZ - ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
