Is this a problem? Didn't expect this...but did some dd and.

I thought the 70% drop in SP (share price) was unjustified since I believed it wasn't a true reflection of their sales in the US..BUT after some very easy due dilligence I see that this is apparently NOT the case, the US was most of their revenue, see the screen shot of their presentation. Here's what we need to consider, since the compnay hasn't made any money after liabilities are added in, maybe the US actually WAS their greatest liability, in terms of trade deals, tarrifs, etc...so maybe this was just basically tearing off a badaid very quickly, and then eventually the market will reflect their true potential value? Who knows...any ideas about this company's future????  Cheers!

Company has a shelf filed. They will reverse split, sell those registered shares to generate capital. Management will remain on salary. Longs will be diluted - new longs will be lead to the slaughter. Shorts will hit the reverse split price and down it will go. Toxic financing. Avoid ARLZ - ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Longs missed the forest for the trees and have paid the price. Take it as a learning experience and LEARN how to properly read these situations instead of hoping (or holding and hoping) for the best case scenario).

Yes this was a failure.  I made a profit from Tribute and the money I lost with Aralez was inconsequential so I am neutral.  I was hoping for big things from Adams but Yosprala was supposed to be the saviour and when it failed there was no reason for the merger.  Any other purchases after that were either trying to succeed where others failed or a long shot. Adams was a huge ...more

The US was a failure, certain to kill the company. They've amputated it which is a good thing but what is left is a tiny fraction of what was there before. The market cap has significantly adjusted to reflect that. For those holding before its a nightmare, for those thinking of jumping in you have to make your own decision on whether you think the reaction was overdone. Most of the expected ...more

lol Freudian slip, that should have read trusted with 100's of millions of $$$$, maybe they should have only been trusted with 100's of dollars instead :)
