You do not seem to understand the transaction that was proposed. Aspenleaf made this proposal, not Arcan. Arcan's board negotiated the best deal that they could( I assume) and then presented it to

I note that LTS has suspended drilling on lands farmed into from ARN. Also, as time marches on, the quality of remaining ARN locations goes lower. Oil prices and hedges aside, it will be interesting
