Good points wordless,interestingly enough,although not a perfect comparison,the recent takeover of UTe Energy by CPG,had them value UTe at 784 million plus debt of 77 million,giving us 861 million.

There proven reserves were 37.6 million barrels with current production at 7800 boe/d.So they roughly paid $23 barrel.

All in all your take of anything under $3 a share rings true.It certainly would be a great buy for whoever steps up to the plate.
