Ok--there might have been a 'cooling off' clause, something about changing conditions prior to finalization.  Probably not, that would be ethical for shareholders---IMO

Alamos is paying $530M US as that's the enterprise value including, equity, debt, debentures and market value of hedges. I wonder if rising gold price will have Alamos sweeten the offer, GMT and ...more

This is a done deal as  Alamos and GMT and libra  hold over 50 % as long as the two other ok with the deal and getting a better company .
