When is court ruling on the "Arrangement Agreement" to come

If I understand correctly, the document released on April 4,2024 states that the "Arrangement Agreement" ( where Alamos will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Argonaut) is pursuant to a court approved plan....

does anyone know when the court is to make this ruling?
