upside now limited, downside if take under fails is considerable.  Not the bases loaded home run we hoped for, but reasonable ROIC

This is a done deal now at 15:50 with maybe a couple of dividends thrown in.   The volume suggests large minority shareholders have capitulated. Not the multibagging home run that we hoped ...more
