I don t know where Hugh is getting 10 cents within 12 months. They would have to do over 34 million to get those earnings.
For 09 Research Capital projects:
"$60 million in revenue and C$0.27 of earnings in fiscal 2009"
As well research capital is not using a 40 multiple. They are using a DCF model.
"DCF model returns a risk-adjusted target price of C$1.60 per share, based on 10x terminal multiple and a 30% annual discount rate."
If ACT already has deals inked out, don t they have to release them.
