GOING PRIVATE
GOING PRIVATEI am a share holder of Act.
I have been getting lots of call from the group trying to take this company private trying to convince me to vote "yes" in their favour. They are telling me the company has no future so get out at 3 cents a share.
My question is, If this company has no future why do they want it so bad.
Maybe they have a deal waiting just around the corner.
At this point I have nothing more to loose, so I think we should all vote no to going private and make these people work for the people that invested in them in the first place.
I would love to hear any other comments
