MOA's

MOA'sMy understanding of MOA's is that they are just words that mean something, but really mean nothing when it comes to legality. But can someone explain to me what a "binding" MOA is? I would take this to be like a contract.
I re-read the news from last year regarding the MOA and I interpret it as working towards the 100% buyout of experion. So seeing the ownership at below 20% should be really warrant an explanation by SOMEONE/ANYONe from the company, as well as an update as to whether or not this MOA is still in play.
i talked to IR and he didn't really say anything to make me feel at ease.
I plan on selling tomorrow. No confidence in this company at all and if the investor relations guy is the voice of the company, then this only reaffirms my decision (I've spoken to him many times before and it seems like he just likes to talk but not say anything useful). Good luck to all those who remain invested.
