Management may convey anything they wish to say?

Is there a difference between an issued bonus vs a collected bonus?

Perhaps it will become in a form of warrents, pp, flow-through, options?

Oh, but shareholders voted in favor of them, and did the independent shareholder really understand any of this?

And, did the avg shareholder hold any weight on the vote?

The only variable independent shareholders can hope for is when an analyst recommends it as a buy or not?

Investors depend on brokers to analize the fundementals and metrics in evaluating equities. We can only hope they are accurate  to warrent an investment.  We often see management sidestep their priorities, change the scope of their current objectives, and this could result in a material change.

This leaves a bitter taste in analyst coverage, resulting in a shoring in the investment, and independent shareholder are left to with an elongated bag?

Hopefully, this is not the case with AVR, and with two brokers covering it, but only the shadow knows?

I would feel much better if we could realize a stronger sp, and a third brokerage to cover it?
