It is true. I've mentioned this before on this board that Sidoo is of questionable moral character. This proves it. For additional insight, take a look at the EW site on Stockhouse. You will find that Sidoo is trying to push through a reverse merger with Juva Life, a pot company, where the intention is to spin off EW's assets into a private company stripping EW of it cash assets. I suggest each shareholder write Advantage Lithium in their own words, something similar to this. -------------'------------------ With the indictment of Mr. Sidoo, is he planning to resign? The last thing we need is having David fighting his indictment in the US courts, while we are trying to move our company to profitability. At this point, Sidoo can get out in front of this by resigning as CEO and naming a solid replacement. He should stay on as either President or Chairman as he has been convicted of nothing and is unlikely to be for some time, if ever. Email AAL to halt trading on the TSX until a new CEO is named, like Richard Seville, or a statement is issued by AAL. There is no issue with the resource results which was conducted by a third party. Investor confidence is going to need help and hopefully more positive information can help work around this badly timed issue that I hope is not correct.
