The saddest truth of all is that even if you did stop the merger AvenEx has bee severely sabotaged. The end result of the merger not going through at this point is a severely depressed stock price

great find tris. im sure nova contacted mostly major retail investors to make up 10%. looking at blackrocks investment, 9.2% ssgrx, the fund seeks long-term growth of capital in global energy
