buynsell, are you a avf top 40 or pace... cause if you are avf.. one thing for sure is that you are now getting 3.5 c in dividend for a maybe 3c in spyglass after spending 25 millions to merge..

bigbank, nova corp is only .16 share holder... they certainly are not the ones that sways the vote and their agenda must be very minimal.... ask the same question of why to the big guys that vote no??

your selling somthing that isnt there like nova. too much into the details not enough on what the stocks will do. take your pce 30% or avf 20% and collect divis all year or be stuck with nothing.
