I had the confidence when Elbow was till around. Now we lost the cash cow. And furthermore, AVF has now gotten under the blankets with some bad names with high debt-loads too. Is the mgmt a AVF really that dumb or what ?

A previous poster mentioned even the new CEO does not really have that great a record too. 

Can somebody tell me what's the advantage for AVF (and for us too) in this deal, besides the synergies and the forward-looking statements and hopes ?
