Kherson, I do agree the other shareholders from PCE and CHX will stand to benefit more from this merger, not us, the AVF shareholders. But the AVF management is 'smart'. they sold off ER first before doing the voting process on the merger,... with this divestment of ER, we, AVF shareholders will understand that without the merger, we are going into the ground too. I'm not too sure f they' re doing this on purpose.

AVF, standalone - is surely not going to make it, unless you have another view against this, whcih, I'm sure, many would like to hear, then they can vote against the merger. If the merger fails, the AVF is on her own.

I'd say AVF would stand a fighting chance now with the merger since, unfortunately, they have already let go ER the cash-cow without consulting us. Perhaps it's their strategy after all, to force AVF shareholders to accept the merger. Who knows ?

For us AVF shareholders, without the merger, we are highly likely dead. With the merger, there is a fighting chance. I have had personal experiences previously on such matters and mergers.

One good thing that I can name which turns out from the merger is that the Patout Ratio is very much better now, which indicates sustainability of dividend payouts in the future, provided Spyglass does not go into liquidation.

Don't add to your units yet until you see concrete proof that the merger is good for us.
