 Have to disagree with you there JR. A good portion of the present share price is based solely on the proceeds from the ER sale. If you pay those out to shareholders now, the share price drops and the current dividend now becomes unsustainable...

 We have no choice now, the company needs to pay off what debt they have left and use what is left to drill for oil. Also the dividend will have to be reduced or eliminated...

 Finally, when it comes to management, the BOD will have to step up and start asking some hard questions concerning who to keep and who to let go...
