spot on kingscourt no rush at all - the balance sheet looks good at AVF.

The situation at PCE is now significantly worse than when this joke of a deal was announced.  If a merger is to be considered the ratios have to be tweaked to reflect the current predicament of the three companies.

Lets see Q4 and year end reports for Charger and Avenex - that way we can all make informed decisions.
