Tris, novabankcorp has their own agenda and they certainly would not create a precedent , remember that these guys also are given stock option etc..... however in this world today there are some companies that are progressive and that adhere to the model of """ reward...results""" in any case i beleive that in the face of adversity there is the seed of a equal or greater benefit for those who have a positive attitude and outlook on life.. have yourself a good day...
