Wow! That's really desperate! AGM literally stands for Annual (ie. happens every year) General (ie. no special purpose) Meeting. If there was an offer to vote on, the offer and terms would first be announced, then the company would send out an Information Circular for a Special (ie not a general meeting but a specific thing to vote on) Meeting and state that the meeting was specifically to ...more

MajorTom I think the intention  was for a " Play on word's "  which sometimes start the pump n dump. I'm long this play which I believe  investors who aren't holders surely should add to their watch list... Cheers PB
