Atreca Inc BCEL

Alternate Symbol(s):  COLUF

Atreca, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is discovering and developing antibody-based therapeutics to treat a range of solid tumor types. Its most advanced product candidate, ATRC-101, is a monoclonal antibody with a mechanism of action and target derived from an antibody identified using its discovery platform. ATRC-101 reacts in vitro with a majority of human ovarian, non-small cell lung, colorectal and breast cancer samples from multiple patients. It commenced clinical development of ATRC-101 with a Phase Ib clinical trial evaluating ATRC-101 as a monotherapy in patients with select solid tumors and opens a new cohort to evaluate ATRC-101 in combination with pembrolizumab, a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. It is also advancing additional product candidates using its discovery platform. Its oncology programs include APN-497444, an ADC against a tumor glycan target, and APN-346958, a CD3 bispecific T-cell engager against an RNA-binding protein target.

RE:RE:RE:I also called IR on FridayFairfax.... That's fine, you and I can agree to disagree....Hey, that's what makes the market right!?..........................................................................................................................However, I do agree with you on a couple things....Management's reputation is totally in the tank! I'll also agree that whether or not this proceeds will be a function of whether or not the water issue is determined to be manageable... but.........................................................................................................Arias has a lot to lose if this goes south, as well as a few other large shareholders, so their motivation to find a solution is strong. They will make or break this, not management IMO. Arias will be the one driving the deal, if in fact one can be reached.. As for suitors worried about dealing with CSI management? Why? David Massola was put in November 15th as an "interm" CEO (not his fault), and two directors are gone...Pretty skeleton crew don't you think? This would be temporary anyway...Poor Massola didn't even cause this mess and is now having to help do clean-up here.............................................................................................................................................Give the new JV partner 51% of the operation instead (24% CSI)....collect a few more bucks for CSI shareholders and CSI management are no more than puppets (minority shareholders)...David Anthony should be given his walking papers too IMO (if he's still around)...This has been one of the worst "cluster f*#ks" I have ever seen.....Lots of misses on the decision making front here (they wer not even close to adequately planning for contigencies )..............................................................................................................................Think about Ari Sussman, the financial guy behind this deal. He rode it up to $10 and all the way back down...last I saw he had over 2 million shares (formerly $20 million)...don't you think he might want to try to generate some interest in the industry to save some value for his investment (I tried to reconfirm his holdings on SEDI, but was unable to get onto the website just now...please correct me if I'm wrong) ...............................................................................................................................T2..............................................................................................................Please excuse all the periods in my posts as this "deteriorating" website...continues to clump all of my sentences together rather than keep them as paragraphs which makes for some difficult reading. (Stockhouse proposed fixes have not worked)
