grinder2, this is far from being a dry well. I don't think you understand this type of deposit. Every well drilled so far will be frac stimulated in 2013. These types of deposits are drilled verticle in the hopes of hitting a gusher. At certain sections according to sesmic interpretation cores are extracted from the drilling process and are then analized for potential hydrocarbon shows, which will then be determined if a horizontal well within the structure is to be drilled for a fracture stimulation to release the hydocarbons.
It is these types of deposits which will make the USA self-sufficent for oil & gas long into the future, as it is thought the same for Turkey.
