The trick is not to hold if you buy say 100k at .09 sell 60k at .15 and keep the rest for a safer play . thats just an example.If the stock stays under .10 for more than 1 more week I would consider an exit. every oil / shale play seems to trade the same, drilling the price goes up consolidates and goes up, Dont let greed get it your way of thinking. When in doubt throw it out I think next week at some point we could break .10. the trend is up. This was .04 not long ago. I dont think it will see .07 again if the trend continues, however I'm not perfect.
Next week plays I think are worth looking closely at are CEV, EGE ROZ and AEE
