someone else here can correct me if I am wrong but I believe any collar would be applied if there was to be a rapid change of >$100. $1197 to $1207 is a full $11. So no collaring - unless of course you are that la-la person in Wangoland!!! LOL!!! Talk about not being the brightest spark. Idiot.
