Silly Bugger math would say that insiders have given the company some sort of a value. If the 1.75% NSR is worth $20MM to Osisko, then 100% NSR would be worth about $1.1B maybe a little higher if you factor the higher value for the additional 1% NSR of $13MM. If you believe silly bugger math then the share price should be $2.40/share based on 450MM shares.
Since I have lost track of total shares lets say there are more that 450MM and put the share price at $2.20.
Therefore $1.39 is just a low starting point and anything lower is a bloody steal.
Keep your powder dry... this is only beginning to take shape. These valuations by Osisko and BGM are based on what they know today. As they add ounces and build a real mill and get some frickin' licensing in place, the value will grow.
For those hoping for a buy out... the requirement is usually a 2/3 majority of shares required to close sale and the insiders hold at least that much. There will be no fire sales.
