Meh , tough to tell.... Cow look s light...is there an economic area to focus on?? All underground right?
Comment by BigGoldleaf2400 on May 02, 2018 7:47pm
Its weak anyone can see that!
Comment by Geologist12345 on May 02, 2018 8:28pm
Weak? The Shaft Zone is at 835k ounces indicated, with 1.2 million inferred. We know these systems are continous along strike and at depth. The infered category with will be brought up significantly with more drill (underground) and I suspect the Shaft Zone will sit around 1.5-2 million ounces indicated by the time underground mining begins.  On the note of Cow Mountain... Yeah very interesting ; i thought for underground you need a very healthy g/t to ensure profits. I suppose this confirms the age old quandry about bgm....nuggety veins but requires a high gold price for safety. I will be interested to see the market reaction tomorrow... Your right rrsource will increase ; but is it economical ?? quote=Geologist12345]Weak? The Shaft Zone is at 835k ounces indicated ...more

Not sure how much longer I'm going to hold on to BGM.  Gold's looking like it's going to take a run at that recent price high again. This time though it's starting pretty dam close to it already. What happens if we get through it? I bet a lot more people start paying attention to gold again. Then gold stocks are going to fly too. Which gold stocks are going to give us the most ...more

So far Bever73 you are the only one to address the grade issue of this resource. Average resoure grades at barely twice cutoff suggest a lot of 3 to 6 g/t material. It would be interesting to see the resource reported at increasing cut-offs to see how many ounces would be in the resource at an average grade of 10 g/t . The economic viability of a lot of the ounces would seem tenuous as it stands ...more

So hammer161 has reared his ugly head. Do you think these guys are going to grind up every single inch of rock or do you think they would sink a main shaft and then chase the veins for high margin gold. Pretty sure thats what they have been saying all along. The heavy cost is digging a main shaft... chasing the  veins is the money.
Comment by hammer161 on May 03, 2018 10:59am
Can't stand the bitter reality of it can you Chilly? The problem is you have never looked at this realistically - your glass is always over flowing. High costs to define ounces, high costs to mine, so you need a high mining cut-off. Economics are not yet determined but I doubt that they will be as rosy as you imply - long ramps or shafts are expensive. Obviously the stock was already fully ...more

'The mineral resource estimate was conducted by Talisker Exploration Services Inc. and validated by InnovExplo Inc., an independent consulting firm based out of Val-d'Or, Quebec'. This has all the foot marks of being an Osisko Mining program. Hammer: 600m is very shallow for mining. 3 g/t is normal.
Comment by chillyballs on May 03, 2018 12:41pm
There is zero bitterness in the reality of this estimate. In fact the only bitterness on this board is in you. It would appear that the bailers have bailed and the price is coming back. Yes my cup is always very full. If yours leaks...get rid it of it... it probably says International Wayside anyway. Honestly between you and Bewrong...I don't see too many people who have your negative view ...more
