SVA was shorted and its all there, all documented.
307,852 shares shorted Jan 31st,
another 2,105,386 shares shorted Feb 15th
And another 1,369,598 shorted Feb 28th.
Total SVA Shares reported short Feb 28th was 4,218,838.

As for BITK makes no sense for anyone to short a 40 cents stock so having only 4900 shares shorted is nothing and makes perfect sense.
