The ip is sold to siebte pmi verwaltungs GmbH in Hamburg, Germany owner of this letterbox company is Peter Möhrle Holding in Hamburg too, and who sit in hamburg too ? Helm Ag i guess it was a nice tricky game by Helm Ag to f.ck the small shareholders

Anyone can see the final sale Price of the IP ? I bet the Price they payed is a Joke lese than 500.000 USD Anyway this was a planed Fraud shortly befor the ip is final approved the company goes bancrupt this is how to cheat People i should have baught the ip :-) if i would have know its so cheap .

The sale of the IP needs to be approved by the sharholders... Correct.. Does anyone have any info on this.

I highly doubt it, they don't seem to give a you know what about the shareholders. They probably wont because they know it would get voted down. That's a neh from this shareholder.
