you could be right, but i beg to differ.
japan is restarting nuclear reactors after a horrific polluting event at fukishima. arguably, the BOZ event was not truly polluting and can be easily rectified. BOZ is one of the cleanest footprints in the industry.
first nations may have overreacted based on the incomplete and inaccurate information that was provided at the time. yellow giant brings some benefits to them (employment opportinties), so would expect them to come around.
environmental audits will be thorough and demanding after which i believe all involved parties will be satisfied that BOZ can safely continue their operations.
debt is 1) in the form of streams, or 2) due over time with only interest payments due in the term.
at the rate BOZ has been ramping up, it seems that interest on even $15M of debt should be quite manageable.
