The SEDI filing is incorrect. Beleave was not even trading on April 20th. You can check their disclosures to confirm.

it can heppen lets say, if you 100k shares and u put 20k shares at .02 and forgot about that order, so if he tries to place all 100k to sell it will trigger that message untill the other order is
