RE:Duncan Kerr ValuationWho paid for that study?  If I remember correctly, Silver was the commodity in favour at he time, not cobalt...it was above $35/oz at that time...and is now $16.50/oz...the DK is, and was a silver mine first, the cobalt numbers were not that rich on a per tonne basis, and hardly a mine maker...not even close to the top cobalt mines in the area, at the time.  Cobalt doesn't make this mine go again...and the tailings piles, waste rock, development rock, or whatever you chose to call it, won't pay for getting them there...take that to the bank.
